Summary Description The Lead IT Engineer plans, designs, develops, and implements efficient business systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve business issues in order to maximize the effectiveness of the organization. Certifications in multiple technologies preferred Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Previous experience working on cross-functional teams Strong understanding of information processing and principles Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore vendors AWS or similar cloud computing principle experience Ability to implement COTS software solutions to support process including integration with proprietary systems Deep knowledge of MS Windows Server and Office products Working knowledge of financial concepts such as banking, mortgages, and capital markets Exceptional communications skills (written/oral) Keen attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to absorb and retain information quickly Highly self-motivated and directed Work Conditions - On call availability as required
