Summary Description The Sr. Technical Support Representative helps ensure proper technology operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively troubleshooting, testing, documenting, and resolving issues. Resolution may involve the coding, testing, implementing or installing software, interacting with vendors and partners, automation and scripting, or systems administration tasks. Individuals may be required to give in-person, hands-on help to users. Reporting Relationship The Bank operates using a cross team functional method. This position will report to a single manager, but take direction on daily tasks from their assigned team.
