We are seeking a Part-time Payroll Analyst II for our Milwaukee, WI office. The Payroll Analyst II is responsible for various aspects of the client's payroll, including administration, distribution, and record-keeping. This position is responsible for providing accurate data in the preparation of the client's payroll and requires an individual who can work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Coordinate with individuals responsible for payroll information with regard to employee compensation, benefits, deductions and pro-rated deductions
Gather timesheet and other information to be included in the processing of the payroll
Set up of new pay items, deductions and accumulators as required
Input information regarding new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes, or any other pertinent payroll information to be keyed into payroll
Prepare check requests for bonus payrolls, reimbursements, child support payments, etc.
Prepare and assemble client deliverables and reports for file
Assist accounting staff with monthly payroll journal entries
Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, if requested
Process FMLA and LOA correspondence each pay period during duration of FMLA/LOA, for correct hours/dollars paid, and manually adjust deductions accordingly.
Update software with any tax rate changes
Assist with verification and distribution of W-2s at year-end
