CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team to support our Eastern Midwest Region. This position will be based out of our Indianapolis, IN or Akron, OH office. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in all areas of human resources including recruitment, coaching and development, employment law, employee relations, career growth, performance management, and compensation. This role will partner with and provide guidance to leadership and partner with our HR team in an effort to positively influence organizational performance and results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with HR Business Advisor and HR team to develop and drive HR programs and services
Coordinates recruitment efforts with region leadership to include: workforce planning, application files, responses to applicants, interviewing, tracking metrics and updating needed position descriptions
Orchestrate campus recruiting efforts with office champions to ensure campus teams are prepared to represent CLA at recruiting events. Maintain strong relationships with colleges, career services and accounting clubs. Facilitate strong internship experiences for campus recruits
Offers support and consulting throughout region in all HR functions to include on-boarding, employee relations, career growth, performance management, recruiting, and other
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on applicable HR policies and processes.
Works to respond to employee suggestions and complaints and be available to assist employees with human relations needs/questions
Assists in the administration of career growth process which may include partnering in the compensation review process with HR Advisor and leadership team
Contribute in development and implementation of HR metrics; analyze data and provide recommendations. Will be a resource in retrieving needed reports from HRIS systems
Participate in development and/or continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Works with HR Business Advisor(s) on special projects needed for campus recruitment and HR projects for the firm
