The Seasonal Tax Scanning Assistant reports to the Tax Principal and is jointly supervised by the Office Administrator. The position is primarily responsible for providing direct administrative support to the principals, managers, and staff scanning supporting documents for the preparation of tax returns. The Seasonal Tax Scanning Assistant works under the direction of the Office Administrator and is focused during the tax season and tax season deadline dates. The Seasonal Tax Scanning Assistant performs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and must be willing to work weekends or overtime when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scan documents into computerized systems according to the established paperless process.
Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems applications and office equipment utilized by firm.
Produce quality work in compliance with deadlines and priorities established by the principals.
