We are seeking a Service Processing Coordinator for our Minneapolis office. The Service Processing Coordinator is a paraprofessional role providing support to the Construction and Real Estate industry team with specific services activities (generally in assurance and tax) and client support. This individual provides timely and courteous service to clients and firm personnel with an ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain flexibility. Understanding and anticipating needs and delivering quality service will guarantee success. Key responsibilities for this important role include:
Interacting with clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to assist with any service requests.
Managing timely workflow related to client deadlines and reporting.
Performing administrative duties including drafting, editing, and proofing documents and reports.
Preparing responses to requests for proposals and developing presentations.
Providing support for events including external conferences, client presentations, learning sessions, and industry and office events.
