CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team in our Minneapolis, MN office.
Provides Planning, Design and Implementation of key Enterprise Systems in a high-availability environment (SCCM and Citrix). Integrates and implements system management applications for End Users Technologies team.
Monitors performance and performs maintenance on key Enterprise Systems.
Analyzes application software architecture, and develops and executes methods to test and integrate applications with the standard infrastructure technologies.
Performs as a member of the Technical Services Team to provide consistent and quality customer service.
Participates in X24 On-Call Support Rotation.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Provides effective project leadership on select IT projects, assisting technical teams to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget.
Assists with project communication, outcome, process, resource, schedule, and budget management.
Project Team Participation Responsibilities Understands business analysis and planning of project requirements and technical solutions.
Identify areas where automation can be used in the deployment of new technology to support effective resource management. Identify and lead research and development efforts.
Keeps IT and project management informed of issues, concerns, and overall project or problem status.
Application Software Selection Responsibilities:
Researches new desktop/application solutions proactively, making recommendations for migrations where appropriate.
Provides quality technical solutions that take into consideration the desktop and network environments.
Evaluates, tests, designs, and documents configurations and dependencies for all new hardware or software desktop products using a detailed, consistent, methodical approach.
Implements technology in accordance with change management procedures.
Utilizes the production readiness process to ensure that thorough testing has been completed, appropriate to the impact of the technology change.
Assists with the development and review of operational documentation.
Provides training to IT Staff on new or modified technology prior to implementation.
Sets expectations for completion of projects and/or tasks, managing project team's and customer's expectations in line with realistic outcomes.
Application Software Support Responsibilities:
Participates in business continuity test and documentation development.
Resolves Level 3 issues and provides technical expertise to IT staff and firmwide technology customers.
Coordinates Level 3 problem resolution processes with vendors.
Assists with technical vendor relationship in support of business lines.
Identifies operational inefficiencies and leads solutions/resolutions to issues.
Assists with operational assessments, development and creation of operating initiatives, and aids in development of the technology business plan.
Develops KTLO documentation and procedures to ensure compliance.
Other Administrative Responsibilities:
Responsible for communicating operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.
Develops and maintains quality relationships with appropriate vendor technical resources.
