Coordinator, Benefits and HRIS Talent Solutions
POSITION OVERVIEW: Support the Chamber’s employee benefits and data analytics programs and the broader Talent Solutions team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform day-to-day benefit and wellness plan administration; respond to employees’ benefits and policy-related questions; help plan and execute annual open enrollment, benefits fairs, and benefit and wellness education seminars; prepare benefits-related communications; enter data into HRIS including job creation, new hires, benefits, terminations, job changes, and salary changes; perform administrative tasks related to HRIS such as resetting passwords, assisting employees with navigation, and making corrections as a result of audit findings; run standardized and custom reports and queries; assist in developing end-user training on processes and functionality; and provide general administrative support to the Talent Solutions Department including answering phones, filing, scheduling, and event preparation.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years’ related experience; intermediate to advanced data entry skills; working knowledge of MS Office programs; strong verbal communications; the ability to follow complex processes; strong time management and attention to detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, handle confidential information appropriately, and meet time-sensitive deadlines; and excellent customer service and telephone demeanor. An interest in human resources is preferred.
