CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP seeks an Administrative Coordinator in the Business Technology Department in our Minneapolis, MN or New Ulm, MN office to support application billing and administration for business applications firm wide. The Business Technology Coordinator is accountable for application billing, application administration and documentation. S/he creates spreadsheets to import into STAR for various applications. S/he supports the Business Technology team in administration of QuickBooks Online, GoFileRoom and other Tax, Assurance, and Outsourcing applications.
Work with reports from vendor to complete a spreadsheet that can be imported to STAR
Perform GoFileRoom pool changes, work with import spreadsheets, audit user lists, and set up users
Create and update process documentation, create BiTs articles for the firm, and maintain Champion updates
Work through vendor and user issues, assisting with tickets and email requests
