CliftonLarsonAllen Custom Accounting Solutions Team (CLA CAST) is looking for a Consultant with SEC Reporting experience. This individual will assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including the annual 10-K, quarterly 10-Q filings, as well as prepare and coordinate certain year end and quarter end financial information, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
Assist with the preparation of SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, Proxy, 8-K etc.)
Assist with the quarterly financial reports
Ensure compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
Assist with ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements are met for relevant areas
Assist in the quarter end closing process which may include variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
Assist in the preparation of certain government filings
Coordinate review of SEC filings with management, internal/external legal and external auditors and external resources when needed
