CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP seeks an Applications Developer to join or Information Technology team in Minneapolis, MN or Madison, WI .
Work Activities and Accountabilities:
Design & Development Support: Performs technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms, as well as provides support for existing applications. Develops basic and detailed design specifications consistent with the internal development methodology practices. S/he is a team player, self-motivated, contributor and collaborator with a positive attitude. Assists in analysis of overall business needs for the development and implementation of applications.
Testing & Documentation: Performs unit testing and assist the IT Business Analyst in defining test plans. Performs design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions as well as aid in application maintenance, debugging, and upgrades. Creates architectural and code level documentation.
Maintenance: Ensures that expected analytic levels are achieved. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.
Projects: Assist in providing cost and time estimates for project tasks and defining project tasks. Completes project work within agreed upon deadlines.
Client Service: Effectively communicates with a wide range of clients (partners, business users, IT team members, vendors, management). Interacts with senior leaders and team members to discuss requirements, explore solutions, and demonstrate functionality.
