Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or Accounting & 5 or more years of related experience is required.
Responsible for the strategic planning and management of total compensation and reward programs for the Health System.
Consults with management regarding the application of sound compensation, principals and practices.
Manages the Position Control program adhering to budgeted/authorized FTE allocations.
