Salary Range: $25.72 – $37.90/hourly or $53,703 – $79,135/annually
Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking to fill a Financial Analyst position. In this key position, the candidate will provide financial management expertise, support and direction to their assigned DCT programs. This position is responsible to analyze sophisticated financial statements, and develop complex financial models, to assist DCT leadership and other DCT personnel in long-range planning and executive decision making.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide analytical and consultative expertise to DCT site directors, program manager, and program executives to develop and coordinate long range planning and operational strategies so that agency objectives are met.
Provide financial expertise to work groups and task forces assigned with implementing DCT strategic plan.
Direct and coordinate the development and implementation annual operating budgets for assigned programs.
Assist the budget/Legislative Manager with the development of the Biennial Budget and Supplemental Budget requests for DCT.
Develop and provide training for DCT personnel throughout the system so that staff are informed and able to deal with fiscal issues involving all aspects and functions within DCT.
5 years of professional experience in accounting, with financial and budgeting experience, reflected in the areas below:
Experience with accounting principles, practices and reporting tools.
Experience with financial planning and analysis.
Experience with financial systems and software including Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience OR Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Advanced experience with SWIFT, General Ledger, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Decision Support, and Excel.
Experience in healthcare or residential treatment setting
