Position Overview •Direct the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices •Maintain relationship with lending institutions, attorneys, insurance companies, brokers •Assure all fiscal functions are in accordance with FASB and other regulatory agencies •Oversee the financial performance of profit centers and projects •Manage the technology infrastructure of the business •Assist in the development and execution of strategic objectives
Candidate Requirements •BS in Accounting is required, CPA desired •Minimum 10 years of experience in a $50-$250m company •Strong IT management and implementation skills •Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required •Ability to collaborate
