The Office Campus Coordinator coordinates campus recruiting efforts for the Minneapolis office. S/he conducts orientations for the office new hires and assists with personnel projects.
Work Activities & Accountabilities
Campus Liaison: Reaches out to the schools, professors, and career center for initial contact. Assists with planning, development and coordination of activities with the accounting clubs, classroom visits, and other on-campus and in-office events. Register for campus events and interviews. Coordinates CLA employees to attend campus events and prepare necessary supplies. Attend recruiting events/campus interviews as needed.
Summer Experience : Organize and implement summer experience programs. Determine dates, post for summer experience on campus and CLA site, set up interviews and select participants, plan events and reserve outside locations, set up catering, etc. Coordinate CLA participants, lead debrief discussions after events, and assists in determining who to extend offers to and at times may extend the offers.
Office Coordination: Works with the Managing Principal of Office and Principal Sponsors to determine hiring needs for each year/campus season. Maintain campus metrics spreadsheets for local office. Work with regional campus coordinators, especially with shared campuses. Keep track of campus trends and share with rest of the region. Participate in regional campus recruiting calls/meetings. Work with HR Field team to pass campus candidate to another office for consideration if requested. Coordinate interview process, both on campus and in-office. Assemble interview packets which includes candidate resumes and transcripts, interview guides. Collect, scan, and retain evaluation forms. Keep list of future hires, proposed industries, and start dates. Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding.
MyPeopleSolutions Coordination: Post openings to campus websites and CLA's website. Work with office and MPS to create offers. Review requisitions for direct applicants and phone screen direct applicants. Disposition and close job requisitions when filled. Communicate and assist with MPS on-boarding of new interns/associates.
