We are seeking a Tax Manager or Director for our Racine, WI.
Heavy review experience of c-corps, s-corps, partnerships and individuals in industries including, but not limited to manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, construction, real estate, not for profit (NFP), state and local goverments, and other privately held entities.
Excellent staff mentoring skills, demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, and the desire to be an intricate part of business development and marketing strategies.
Previous background in succession planning, partnership, and corporation tax planning highly desirable.
