AXA, a premier provider of annuity and life insurance products, is seeking a dynamic Director, Brand Management to join the Advertising and Brand Strategy team. Reporting into the Head of Advertising and Brand Strategy, the incumbent of this role will be responsible for supporting the AXA brand identity and driving the evolution of the brand strategy; overseeing programs and operationalizing initiatives that deliver a consistent vision and message across all marketing mediums.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing all aspects of the brand, both tangible (visual identity of the brand) and intangible (customer perceptions). • Ensure all aspects of our company’s marketing and sponsorship activities align with the goals of the brand. • Developing a tailored brand governance system to help cultivate the mindset, process and tools needed to engage, educate and empower our employees and Advisors. • Acting as the liaison with both internal and external creative agency partners to ensure the comprehensive execution of messaging strategies to drive greater effectiveness and consistency across all marketing channels. • Gathering, analyzing, and blending information from different sources and building these into persuasive documents and presentations. • Conducting an enterprise-wide brand audit to assess the degree of inconsistency and develop and aim education efforts at helping employees and Advisors firm-wide to see the full brand picture. • Overseeing and tailor the brand content strategy on social media, including influencer marketing, copywriting and campaign concept development. • Partnering with the Research and Analytics team to conduct research and competitive benchmarking analysis; reporting on key insights and brand KPIs. • Informing the paid media strategy to optimize brand awareness, engagement, recruitment and loyalty and conversion through dedicated, optimized creative assets custom-fit for each marketing channel. • Developing, monitoring and maintaining annual brand budgets. • Driving process improvements within the Brand Management function.
• MBA highly desired • Financial Services or Insurance Experience is preferred
You will be valued for your:
•8-10 years of brand marketing experience with strong business acumen and operational effectiveness. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing required. • Demonstrated experience managing a financial services brand and managing brand plans
• Strong project management skills as well as follow-through and attention to detail. • Creative eye and disciplined regard for brand aesthetic • Strong marketing aptitude, including strategic direction setting, campaign conceptualization, and communication strategy development • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
