Empire District – A Liberty Utilities Company is seeking qualified applicants for a Total Rewards Coordinator at its Corporate Facility in Joplin Mo. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, the Total Rewards Coordinator will assist with the execution of 401(k) administration, group billings, vendor management, annual audits & 5500 filings, employee compensation programs, retiree benefits, pension administration, and rate case data requests. To be considered for this position you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent.
