AMETEK’s Financial Management Program starts with you! Our commitment is to provide you with challenging professional assignments to prepare you to become part of AMETEK’s Financial Management team at completion of the program.
Additionally, you can expect the following:
•Personal mentor – single contact to provide you with guidance and advice throughout the 3 -year program.
•Educational sessions – to be delivered by AMETEK executives to impart knowledge of the company and management best practices.
•Networking opportunities – periodic events for you to build relationships with other rotational program participants and AMETEK colleagues.
•Global operations – a working visit to at least one AMETEK facility outside of the United States.
•Paid relocation - financial assistance for each geographic move throughout the program and beyond.
You will participate in three rotational assignments, each lasting approximately 12 months. The assignments will include a variety of experiences in unique business environments:
• Non-Financial Role (Supply chain, IT, Manufacturing)
• Post-Rotational Role within an AMETEK business
Following the rotational assignments, you will have the opportunity to select an appropriate financial management role at one of our operating facilities.

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
•Ability to relocate multiple times throughout the United States for expanded career opportunities
•Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems
•Flexible and adaptable to new situations
•Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor
AMETEK is a government contractor and manufactures products at certain sites that are considered controlled technologies for use in government defense. Employees hired for this program must be U.S. citizens or green card holders in order to work at all locations.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
