Summary – To ensure data integrity of the organizations financial processes through consistent maintenance of the general ledger according to GAAP principles.
Reports to: Finance Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts including intercompany transactions
Analyze accounts for accuracy
Prepare accrual, reclass and deferral journal entries.
Assist in month, quarter and year end closing processes including financial statements
Assist in budget process
Assist in WIP preparation
Manage fixed assets and depreciation
Multi-state sales, use, withholding and franchise tax
Cross training within the Finance Department
Other Duties as Assigned:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience; including 3-5 years of general ledger accounting experience.

Timberline/Sage accounting software beneficial
