Responsible for supporting corporate close and consolidation process and preparing consolidated financial statements for the Company, including preparing filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission (10-Q, 10-K, 8K) and other regulatory filings. Must have the ability to effectively multi-task, work independently, and maintain a strong, positive team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include: • Prepare consolidated financial statements, internal management financial information and analysis. • Prepare quarterly and annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and other regulatory filings. • Prepare complex account reconciliations, journal entries and variance analyses. • Coordinate with independent auditors to assist in audit requests. • Assist in the modification, implementation, and maintenance of accounting systems. • Prepare internal presentations on accounting and financial reporting matters for senior management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. • Other duties and projects as assigned.
6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent (i.e. Chartered Accountant) • Relevant background with a large national or regional CPA firm • SEC reporting and technical accounting experience • Experience with XBRL • Experience with SAP, Blackline and Workiva • Strong technical skills and analytical capabilities • Proven problem solving and decision making skills • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation)
