We are seeking an agile Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit Organization. The right candidate will be someone that enjoys working on a diverse set of projects with highly intelligent and engaging customers.
Accountable for audits and special projects from planning through draft reporting
Identify root causes of business-related problems and effectively discuss issues and solutions with process owners
Timely and accurate completion of assigned audit work in a manner consistent with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
Ensure that audit reports and presentations accurately and fairly represent the facts, are clear, concise, comprehensible, and balanced
Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with employees and management. Build partnerships within audited areas
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field plus 3-5 years of professional auditing experience
U.S. Citizenship required
Demonstrated experience, skills and knowledge related to the IIA Professional Practices and Standards
CIA, CPA, or CISA designation preferred
Strong project management skills and the ability to work both independently and on a team
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to complete responsibilities while building a service reputation
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using data analytic tools
Experience with all aspects of planning, executing, and reporting an audit, including integrated audits that address a combination of financial, operational, compliance, and technology objectives.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Appreciates the importance of mission driven organizations and supporting the people that work there.
NOTE: Candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area
