Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department such as daily, month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliation and trust account statement reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports/ statements.
Ensuring the FP&A team is working with all areas of the business as required to provide financial reporting and insight.
Manage the financial & banking operations of the Company as well as a subsidiary or affiliated company.
Manage all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants
Manage cash balances and cash forecasts to meet the company's needs
Monthly Reports, Financial statements, Cash Flow projections, special analysis, and information reports, for use by Management.
Ensure Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place
Ensure that the record-keeping meets generally accepted reporting standards
Timely delivery of ad hoc analysis to meet Management requests.
Maintain relations with External Auditors
Manage group Tax reporting for H.O and Subsidiaries.
8-10 years handling full accounts and book keeping
