As a Financial Specialist Senior within PNC's Retail Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, supporting the Merchant Services Organization.
Overview: PNC Merchant Services (“PNCMS”) is a leading payment processing provider for both small and large businesses. Serving as PNC Merchant Services’ principal accounting and finance team member, under the leadership of PNCMS’ Chief Financial Officer this position is responsible for monthly forecasts, closing, reporting and related accounting functions, and supports budgeting and planning. This position works closely with PNC’s Retail Finance team, along with their counterparts at Fiserv. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in core accounting / finance (without the need to be an accounting expert), is attentive to detail, adheres to and improves processes, and is inquisitive. Key growth areas in this role include development of executive presence (verbal and written communications), exposure to business leaders, and gaining a “big-picture” view.
