Tracking costs, developments & acquisitions, and preparing reports;
Calculating and invoicing asset management fees;
Collecting operator financials and monitoring performance against lease covenants;
Post-acquisition financial management, to include review of VAT & CIS returns for holding companies;
Preparing quarterly fund asset management reports;
Administration tasks including distribution of rental invoices and file management.
Cultural fit is essential: they are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is keen to learn and grow with the business. My client are a growing boutique team which provides significant potential for taking on additional responsibility and personal development, including day to day reporting to the CFO as well as interaction with the partners and Operator and Capital relationships.
