Set up grant and contract accounts, maintain, update and close out assigned grant accounts. Approve and monitor project salary charges, review and approve all other grant expenditures for payment. Perform review and reconciliation of grant accounts, including cost share postings and indirect cost analysis and prepare and process accounting entries, as needed. Process salary reallocations/corrections and related amended Time and Effort reports. Prepare interim (monthly, quarterly, annual) and final invoices and financial reports. Assist principal investigators and departmental administrators in interpreting university and funding agency policies and guidelines to ensure financial compliance.
