2+ years of QuickBooks desktop experience
3+ years of tax preparation experience; 1040, 1041, 1120s, 1065, and state tax returns
Ability to perform accounting for complex businesses for multiple associated industries
Independent worker, self-starter, problem solver, tax research, ability to stay on top of current law changes
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive and consistent work habits
Ability to talk shop from both a business and tax perspective
Prepare individual, corporation, partnership, trust, and state and franchise tax returns.
Ability to analyze cash flow of businesses and investments
Prepare and review financial statements (accrual and cash basis)
Tax planning and research
Assist in preparation of operating budgets
Investment accounts monitoring and reconciliation
Assist in Group Health insurance open enrollment
Bank account reconciliation
Salary: Based on experience with room to grow
2 weeks paid vacation plus 6 paid holidays
