You will be a right hand for the Finance Director and in charge of all accounting, tax filling and financial reporting work. You will work in close collaboration with the head office.

Ensure bookkeeping and post day-to-day journal entries as well as new transactions;
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and annual accounts under Lux GAAP for several companies;
Assist with the mapping of the annual accounts to the Luxembourg chart of accounts;
Prepare Luxembourg VAT returns (quarterly and annual returns);
Maintain fixed assets schedules and record depreciation;
Maintain loan interest schedules;
Reconcile intercompany books;
Calculate and issue invoices;
Track bank movements, initiate bank payments and coordinate correspondence with banks;
Assistance for year-end reporting process / audit process; liaise with external auditors;
Involvement in other finance and deal projects, based on experience and flexibility;
BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field;
Chartered Accountant Degree would be an asset;
3+ years of the experience in the field;
Fluent in English; fluency in French and/or German will be a strong plus;
Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel;
Excellent organizational skills;
Great attention to detail;
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
Team player, responsible, motivated, enthusiastic, organized;
