Our client is a leading global investment firm that are looking for a Finance Manager to join their impressive Real Estate Private Equity division. This is a unique position that will take full oversight for the structuring of all European corporate transactions and reviewing corporate accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant that is familiar with corporate transaction structures who is looking to take a step up in their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise, coordinate and review performance of tax, accounting, audit and legal service providers for all European Real Estate projects
  • Ensure close cooperation and be link between the US Fund Finance Team and the UK based Deal Team for real estate projects
  • Coordinate and consolidate budgeting processes for all European Real Estate structures
  • Coordination with any cash inflows/outflows for all European real estate structures, including liaising with external service providers
  • Supervision of loan administration, including monitoring of internal and external loans for real estate property companies and loan administration operations tasks
  • Point of contact with external auditors, tax specialists and other external stakeholders and service providers as appropriate
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects (e.g. new funds, ad-hoc missions, etc.)
  • Support in implementation of new structures for European Real Estate
  • Cash and Liquidity management of real estate structures
  • Interaction with local Business Partners on deals to collect data and feed these into our budgets/forecasts and models
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Experience in the real estate/private equity is an advantage
  • Strong IT aptitude, a knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana and Concur would be an advantage
  • Some exposure/knowledge of Corporation Tax and VAT
  • Experience preparing / contributing to the statutory accounts and audit process
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment with changing priorities
