Your tasks

• Ensuring payroll accounting (in cooperation with the Personnel Department and the Belgian Social Secretariat)
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting 
• Payment and dunning procedures (banking transactions etc.)
• Monthly reporting and ad-hoc reports / forecasts
• Preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of the budget
• Preparation of the annual accounts 
• Coordination with the auditors
• Coordination with external financial service providers

Your profile  

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, ... 
• Professional experience in budget planning and financial accounting: from 5 to 10 years
• Good knowledge of common office applications and accounting software 
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French and/or Dutch knowledge is an asset
• Analytical skills, accuracy and reliability, adherence to deadlines
• Team player
