In order to support our continuous growth we are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) to join our Compensation & Benefits Team, part of the Human Resources Department.
Your areas of responsibility include:
Further development of our Payroll and Accrual Strategy across all locations
Support, coordination & supervision of our external payroll provider, including regular check-ins with our Key Account Manager
Together with the Accounting Team, setting up of a process to track discrepancies between accounts and payroll records
Improvement and execution of the monthly and yearly accrual process
Setting up and regular updates of a tracking mechanism of accruals for variable pay
Implementation of new reports (e.g., month end reportings) and support of the corporate HR controller
Monitoring and reporting of the Payroll budget (together with C&B Lead)
Support with administrative and strategic compensation topics (Grading, Job Evaluation, Benchmarking, Payroll, global mobility).
What you offer:
Profound knowledge and competence in all strategic and operational aspects of accruals and payroll, ideally also first experiences in Compensation & Benefits topics
Degree in human resource management, psychology, business education or comparable studies
Several years of working experience, ideally in an international environment
Conceptual, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset
Confident appearance, flexibility and high personal initiative
Open minded and proactivity
High service orientation, high commitment and team player skills
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Fluent Business English and German language skills
