Our client is a very high performing VC fund based in London with a considerable amount of assets under management. They are looking for an extremely bright and motivated Qualified Accountant that has experience working in PE/VC fund or corporate accounting. You'll be working closely with the CFO on a daily basis and also be communicating with the senior leadership team at the fund. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with quarterly portfolio company valuations
Maintaining the fund models, IRR and multiple calculations
Working with the fund administrators to ensure the quarterly and annual Fund accounts are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
Review of quarterly Investor Capital Account statements
Preparation of drawdown and distribution notices to investors, including detailed cash flow forecasting for the Funds
Responding to ad-hoc investor queries
Preparing quarterly management accounts, posting journals, variance analysis to budget
