A VPApps Support/Implementation Specialist will perform a variety of roles in support of VPApps Clients and products.   This will include activities such as product installation, implementation, training and support.  Also, based on interest and/or skill sets, the work may include light involvement in Microsoft PowerBI, SSRS Reports and basic Microsoft SQL.   This a full time tele-commuting role.  Prefer candidates be in Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Core Duties:

• Participate in multiple concurrent activities including:
  • Pre-sales activities - Evaluating customer processes and data.
  • Installation – Installing software using well defined processes and tools.
  • Implementation – Setting system parameters and options based on customer needs.
  • Training – Training customers on VPApps Products.
  • Customer Support – Responding to customer questions/issues via phone and email.
• Based on skill set duties may also include:
  • PowerBI dashboard and report development and/or customization.
  • Running SQL scripts and processes as a part of the support process.
• Provide clear communication regarding projects, issues, and schedules to staff and partners.
