SCEC’s employees are the core of its excellent safety, reliability and service records, and its culture, based on integrity, productivity, and transparency. Competitive compensation packages make it a desirable place to work. Our open and progressive leadership focuses on the employee and member while moving the cooperative forward through technology and efficiency improvements.
