Job Description Morgan Mckinley is working exclusively with a growing software business in their search for a new FP&A manager who will be looking at full P&L analysis for all entities internationally.
We are working exclusively with a rapidly growing software company which prides themselves on their world-class services and products driving ERP effectiveness. They currently have 12 offices across Europe, North & South America, Asia and Middle East, and is continually growing both organically and via acquisitions.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will predominantly focus on FP&A for all of the company's entities across the different countries they have presence in at the moment. It will be primarily focused on P&L analysis at EBITDA level, and some Balance Sheet analysis. You will be building financial models to look at different scenarios and their corresponding impacts on EBITDA and Cash for instance, and analyzing revenues, gross profit margins and contracts, etc.
In addition, you will be supporting with some financial modelling for business acquisitions as well, running different scenarios and being the go-to person on budgeted and actual numbers. You will also be helping with some of the controllership function.
This is a high-visibility role, and you will be interacting frequently with stakeholders across the business, including the CFO, M&A team, the Board and all budget holders (eg. Sales, Marketing, Operations).
Key skills and experience:
Qualified Accountant (eg. ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
Relevant FP&A and financial modelling experience in a similar industry (eg. software / SaaS / data management / subscription-based business)
Experienced in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, and an effective communicator across all levels
Proven ability to use initiative and work autonomously
