The Accounting & IT Manager will oversee all facets of the fiscal, IT and payroll administration of the club. The Accounting & IT Manager will develop policies to control and coordinate accounting, budgets, taxes and related activities and records; develop, establish and administer procedures and systems pertaining to financial matters and prepare financial statements. Maintain all accounting records and is responsible for development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information. Evaluate operating results in terms of costs, revenues, budgets, policies of operation, trends and increased profit possibilities. Manage the payroll administrative functions which include benefits, payroll processing, record keeping, employee files and team building programs. This individual will also be responsible for the IT needs on property with the assistants of an outside IT firm. Additional Responsibilities include:
