We understand the difficulties and complexities involving data. Our highly skilled and experienced team of recognized leaders in intelligent automation, data management and governance and data analytics - with expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management - partners with business leaders to provide high-end integrated solutions that advance an organization's strategy, execution and sustained data practices. Responsibilities - Work across client control functions, internal audit, and business lines to support the implementation of Data Policies, Standards and Processes that are required as part of the Data Governance Framework (e.g., Data Ownership, Control Identification, Metrics, Issues)
- Recommend, design and develop data driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems
- Interview clients, gather and document business requirements
- Conduct current state/future state gap analysis for individual business areas and develop Target Operating Models, including Business and Technical Architecture
- Assist clients in selecting and assessing appropriate third party vendor tools that are a fit for the documented requirements
- Develop report specifications showing data fields required, where sourced and any formulas
- Support and prepare materials for key Steering Group and Working Group meetings including program/issue status updates and implementation planning
- Create visually pleasing, client ready presentations and project status updates using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Participate in firm-wide committees and internal initiatives such as thought leadership, industry forums, recruiting, sales/business development, marketing, training, and organizational development
- Act as role model, supervisor, coach, and mentor to Consultants and Senior Consultants, both on projects and within coaching families
Travel - Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
Required Experience & Qualifications - 6+ years of relevant data management or governance experience
- Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:
- ... Understanding of key data governance and management foundational topics (e.g., critical data elements, data linage, metadata governance, data quality, data lifecycle)
- ... Experience with data analytics and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
- ... Experience with Data Management tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, IBM Infosphere)
- ... Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall)
Desired Experience & Qualifications - Knowledgeable in SQL (ability to write, understand, and edit complex data processing queries)

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
- High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Education - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical discipline
