Responsibilities:

• Hire, train and retain a high performing close team
• Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting including month-end close, close package and related analysis and reports
• Develop a close improvement plan and checklist that delivers a high quality close over a shorter period of time
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures for revenue recognition, inventory management, reserves, stock based compensation, etc.
• Develop and implement scalable policies and processes that are well controlled
• Active member and contributor to the ERP systems team
• Will roll-up your sleeves to help with monthly closes and analysis 
• You will develop strong relationships with business partners as we actualize and understand financial results
• You enjoy working with large volumes of data (revenue and inventory) and  using it accurately as a source of key journal entries
• Lead the annual audit working with our external auditors
