Responsibilities: Client Delivery - Partner with our clients to create, develop, plan, and/or execute effective Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) transformation strategies (across organization, process, and technology) to include: assessing current state, visualizing desired state operating model, providing a clear roadmap to guide the transformation, ensuring organizational structure maximizes productivity and/ or control issues, and implementing organization, process, and technology enhancements to help organizations achieve optimal FP&A function capability
- Manage projects through creating, coordinating, and maintaining an integrated project plan as well as using project management tools
- Guide project execution, including identification of project activities, allocating workstreams to team members, monitoring progress, and escalating/resolving issues as they arise
- Lead projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology and data dimensions
- Identifies issues, risks, and project team conflicts and develops solutions for timely resolution
- Defines project strategy, goals, and deliverables that support client goals and project team
Responsibilities: Practice Leadership - Serve as a key leader in our practice by guiding and directing strategic firm and practice initiatives
- Lead marketing and business development efforts in support of all the firm's services with a focus on continuing to develop the FP&A service offerings
- Developing new client relationships as well as expanding at existing clients
- Participate in firm-wide committees and internal initiatives such as thought leadership, industry forums, recruiting, sales/business development, marketing, training, and organizational development
- Manage teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, modeling leadership behaviors, and encouraging continuous improvement/innovation
- Lead coaching family by serving as a role model, coach, mentor and liaison to the leadership team
Travel - Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
Required Experience & Qualifications - 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with significant experience advising commercial companies and non-financial business partners with meaningful FP&A insights
- Must have prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
- Prior experience managing client and/or internal teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, modeling leadership behaviors, and encouraging continuous improvement/innovation
- Advanced expertise of Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills required - must develop, implement, and maintain sources of project information, communicating appropriate information to client as well other team members
Desired Experience & Qualifications - CPA, CFA, or Certified Corporate FP&A Professional
- Prior internal corporate experience within finance function supporting FP&A
- Knowledgeable of data analytics and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
- Project management experience, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility both internally and externally as an influential change agent championing, organizing, and successfully (and efficiently) executing new ideas and initiatives

Education - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related discipline
