My client, a VC backed software business, is looking for a Head of Finance. This Head of Finance position will grow into the full Finance Director role over the next 2 years as the company expands internationally. The CEO is looking for an individual with existing experience in a software business who is looking to accelerate their career.

The Head of Finance role would be the perfect next step for someone already operating as a Financial Controller and managing a team. Existing experience within the software sector is essential with a good understanding of revenue recognition and the commercial drivers behind SaaS contracts.

This role will own all aspects of the finance function, manage a small existing team and will be tasked with developing the team & processes through training, coaching and hiring as the business grows.

The Head of Finance must be a qualified accountant (preferably ACA from a Top 20 practice firm) with post-qualified experience in the software sector.
