Job Description

In this role, you will be resposible for:

• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial data for several countriesSupport Regional Controller(s) on month end closing activitiesReport and comment on Balance Sheet variances and related monthly P&L trends.

• Ensures all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and timely reconciled

• Ensures consistency in and continuous improvement of the country specific and general accounting processes

• Ensures compliance with Corporate Finance Policies, SOX and US GAAP

• Collaborates with Internal Control for creation, changing and implementation of financial policies and procedures and financial controls

• Provides technical accounting support and guidance to improve processes

• Monitors, challenges and specifies improvements to business systems and practices to ensure continual adequate control and proper measurement of business activities

• Supports internal and external audits

• Assist Regional Country Controller(s) in other day to day activities

• Deliver ad hoc reports/analyses

Experience required:

• Appropriate work experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a management accounting function.

• Experience in a Shared Services environment is preferable.

• Good knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Required education:

• Higher education in accounting or finance with a strong accounting emphasis.

• Experience in reporting with the Hyperion Financial Management and ERP systems, SAP is a pre.

IT Skills:

• Computer/ IT literate

• Knowledge of SAP, HFM, Trintech are a plus
