Manage the monthly closing process in collaboration with our external accountant
Prepare the periodic financial reporting to management and the board
Support the regulatory reporting process and liaise with the risk department
Manage liquidity planning and the accounts payable process
Support projects to implement finance and company applications
Provide ad hoc support with management inquiries, presentations and publications
THE CANDIDATE:
Successfully completed academic degree or apprenticeship with relevant further training
2 – 4 years of relevant, well documented professional experience within a big-four firm or similar position within a financial services firm (asset manager, private equity, hedge fund)
In-depth knowledge of finance, tax, accounting and financial modeling
Strong attitude in establishing digitized processes and comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement methods
High degree of commitment and enjoys a fast paced, results-oriented environment with growth ambitions
Team player, always happy to help while also able to prioritize and work proactively and independently when needed
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong desire to learn and high attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Native or fluent English and German speaker, any additional language is a plus
