Position Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and, as a member of the executive staff, works with the other members of the leadership team and is responsible for leading and directing staff of the Division of Finance and Accountability, which includes the business units of Public Finance, Contracts and Budget, and Accounting and Billing.
