Minimum Qualifications - Eight years of professional experience, including managing the finance and administration of an organization with complex fiscal environments (preference given to experience within nonprofits or government accounting, exceeding $25 million in revenues from diverse sources).
- Progressively responsible management experience to include excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
- Experience should include legal, audit, compliance, budget, and resource development.
Preferred Qualifications - CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, using analytical tools, and process improvement desirable.
- MS/MBA preferred in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance.
- Experience with developing and implementing IT/Data systems organizational strategy.
