The Regional Controller will oversee/perform the accounting at several partner companies wherethey will be a critical leader and manager, participating in building a highly scalable, best-in-classaccountingorganizationasakeypartnerwith theseniorleadershipteam.
Efficient management of all accounting department activities, including project accounting,accountspayable,billings&collections, andpayroll
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive process improvement
Experience leading, organizing and developing a team
Strong ability to communicate accounting and financial information using common language
Experience preparing financial statements, footnote support, etc.
Extreme formatting, organization and priority setting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and leadership ability
Highly motivated, able to take initiative, and comfortable working independently
High energy, ownership of work product and dedication to driving results in a fast-paced environment
