CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Workday Delivery Leader to help drive the rapid growth and success of our Workday Practice, specifically within the Large Enterprise space. In this role, you will work closely with existing Leadership to provide technology strategy, implementation and support services primarily to large multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
Client Delivery: Lead the development and delivery of services in the following areas:
Responsible for scaling our Workday Large Enterprise client services, including methodologies, tools, accelerators & client specific solutions
Support our clients and consultants as an Executive Sponsor, providing oversight to teams as they implement our solutions including requirements, design, build, report development, conversion, change management, testing and cutover activities
Manage multiple complex projects within scope, timeline and budget
Manage client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases, to include strategy, goal setting, deliverables, and maintain an integrated project plan
Develop and manage client relationships by understanding their business, listening to their needs, and ensuring responsive service and exceptional quality
Confidently and credibly propose solutions to problems and improvements to clients' existing processes/plans
Work with team members and clients to achieve agreed upon timelines, set deliverable structure and content while producing "client-ready" deliverables
Anticipate and propose solutions for service and quality issues
Identify new revenue & growth opportunities, cross-selling & coordinate with Delivery Directors or Sales Executives to close opportunities and increase bookings within the LLE space
Work closely with our existing Workday Leaders to develop Go-To-Market strategies
Contribute to Workday marketing efforts such as creating thought leadership, attending conferences, events and networking
Lead LLE business development efforts by coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, determining how our services meet the needs, and crafting proposals and statements of work
Collaborate with Workday Large Enterprise executives across sales, services & products
Partner with domain specific solution leaders to drive operational results, overcome client specific challenges, and ensure best in class delivery from each domain
In collaboration with other WD Leaders, identify ways to improve our delivery model cost, drive efficiency, leverage and scale
Identify sales & solution packages to promote cross-sell across Workday & advisory services
Understand key industry/technical developments and trends and articulate how clients will be affected
Participate in annual planning sessions to set strategic goals and monitor results throughout the year
Manage teams and individuals by tracking and directing performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, model leadership behaviors and encourage continuous improvement and innovation
Develop timely resolutions to issues, risks, and project team conflicts
Generate new and add-on business opportunities, develop delivery methodologies and new service offerings, and coach and develop team members
Provide input on strategic direction
Recruit and cultivate exceptional talent
15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience with 8-9 years of Leadership experience, preferably within Big Four or equivalent organizations
"Techno-functional" blend of training/experience with strong prior Workday knowledge
Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes as well as information systems
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
Ability to work with client management and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Mentorship and people development capabilities
Proven business development proficiency, with strong networking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills including comfort with executive audiences
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit!

A bachelor's degree (or higher) in management information systems, accounting information systems, business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, systems, or other technical discipline
