We are seeking a highly motivated and successful financial leader to step into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role within a privately-owned, growth-oriented professional services firm. The CFO will report to the President & CEO and step immediately into a C-suite leadership role that includes accountability for directing and guiding the Company’s Financial and Accounting Services operation within a business environment that is undergoing progressive expansion.

So, What Does it Take?
Relevant experience within professional services environment or progressive corporate environment in a CFO role and/or providing leadership of an organization’s financial and accounting function.
Expertise in corporate financial law and risk management practices, data analysis and forecasting methods.
Relevant professional accreditation (i.e., CPA and/or ACCA).
Skills that include: effective communicator and relationship builder, business acumen/leadership, strategic and innovative problem-solving, positive influencer who can shape discussions, recommend solutions and guide executive leadership decision-making.
Demonstrated success in leading financial services transformation (e.g., financial policies, programs and approaches, digital, etc.).
