Main objective / purpose of the role:
Responsible for efficient financial accounting and ad-hoc tasks
Handle multiple stakeholders' queries on payments and collections
Support on local statutory activities (GST, Audit and Tax)
Support on projects when required
Critical success factors / key deliverables:
Operational Finance Activities
Assist in monthly financial reporting and consolidation process
Perform analysis of monthly financial results
Resolve internal & external stakeholders queries on payment transactions
Assist internal stakeholders' queries on claims submission
Prepare weekly invoice submission to shared services team
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices
Support strengthening internal control
Perform monthly GST reconciliation and prepare quarterly GST submission
Support local audit and tax related matters and internal audit and control matters
Ensure compliance with related statutory requirements
Prepare US tax reporting requirements (Transfer Pricing and Green Tax Package)
Manage overall AR process and collection
Prepare monthly statement of accounts
Uploading of invoices and statement of accounts for NHG group of customers
Attend to multiple stakeholders' enquiry on account balance and payments
Reporting and Business Partnering
Assist with preparation of monthly forecast, monthly business review, quarterly projection and yearly budget cycles by partnering with commercial team
Ad Hoc activities
Process improvement initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
