Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and nine (9) years of experience; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration and experience in public financial services administration and a CPFO or CGFO certification is preferred.
