The Senior Manager, Global Financial Reporting manages the filings of Form 10-Q and 10-K with the SEC, partners with investor relations on quarterly earnings releases, leads consolidated management reporting and leads the global consolidation of CDW’s results.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the filing of Form 10-Q and Form 10-K with the SEC, which includes reviewing the consolidated financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A, leading the comments meeting with the CFO, and attending the disclosure committee meeting with the CEO.
Developing new disclosures as determined by SEC requirements, or new accounting standards, as well as advising on improvements to existing disclosures.
Partners with investor relations ensuring accurate presentation of materials for public release such as earnings releases and earnings release scripts.
Leads consolidated management reporting, including preparation of monthly decks for the Executive Committee (made up of the top 14 senior leaders) and CFO.
Works with our domestic and international operations to consolidate CDW’s worldwide results.
Responsible for the Company’s Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool.
Leads annual goodwill and other long-lived intangible asset impairment analysis.
Manages segment reporting, including the guarantor financial structure.
Coordinates with the Company's external auditors for external accounting and audit requirements.
Maintains effective system of internal accounting controls in support of SOX compliance.
Manages the Global Financial Reporting (one manager and two seniors) and Group Consolidations teams (one associate manager and two seniors).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
7 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in an accounting role and exposure to SEC reporting.
3 years of progressive leadership experience.
